Privacy policy

This policy applies the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection and, where they apply, the EU General Data Protection Regulation and its UK counterpart.
In short
This site has no accounts, no forms and no newsletter. We do not know who you are. We keep a few choices in your browser, read your country to pick the version of a page to show, and our host keeps ordinary technical logs.
What is processed
Your country. For each request our host derives the country and, in the United States, the state from your IP address. We use it only to show a blurred version of previews where the law requires age verification. We do not store it or link it to you.
Your language. On your first visit, if your browser prefers French or English, the site sends you to that version of the page. Nothing is kept unless you pick a language with the switcher (see below).
Server logs. Our host, Cloudflare, records technical data for each request (IP address, time, page, browser) for security and operation. We do not combine it with anything else.
Clicks to cam sites. A button or link to a cam site goes through an address on this site that starts with /go/. The destination receives the page you came from, the category, the link's position and your country. It receives no name, email address or identifier from us.
Audience measurement. Cloudflare Web Analytics counts page views without cookies and without identifying you.
Cookies and choices kept in your browser
age_ok: your confirmation that you are 18 or older, 1 year.consent: your choice in the consent banner (Europe, United Kingdom, Switzerland), 6 months.lang: the language picked with the FR | EN switcher, 1 year.pop_last: when the last ad window opened, so that no more than one opens per day, 24 hours.
Third parties
Live previews and some ads come from CrakRevenue's widget and load from its servers. Once loaded, that company and the cam sites behind it process your IP address and may set their own cookies. In Europe, the United Kingdom and Switzerland they load only after you agree in the consent banner. The cam sites you visit from our links have their own privacy policies, which apply as soon as you leave this site.
Legal bases
Legitimate interest for security logs, for complying with age-verification laws and for measuring which links are used. Consent for third-party previews and ads in the regions listed above.
Retention
Your choices stay in your browser for the durations listed above. We keep no profile. The host's logs are kept for the period it sets.
Your rights
You may ask for access to, correction or deletion of your data, object to processing and complain to a data-protection authority (in Switzerland, the FDPIC). Since we hold no account data, the answer will usually be "we have nothing linked to you"; write to contact@sex-cam-lausanne.ch and we will check.
Adults only
This site is for people aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly process data of minors. See also the terms of use.
